Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Products should be in a resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is mandatory.
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used or opened medicines
Opened or used health supplements
Used personal care products (skincare, cosmetics, hygiene items)
Perishable goods or products with an expiry date
Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Return Authorization (RA)

If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with pickup instructions
Product Pickup
The product will be collected by Shoplix’s logistics partner
Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging
Inspection & Processing
Once received, the product will be inspected
If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
Bank or payment gateway processing time may vary
Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the exchanged product costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 2 days of delivery
