Return & Refund Policy – Shoplix

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    • Share your Order ID, product details, and reason for return

    • Returns can also be initiated through our Shoplix app or website

  2. Return Authorization (RA)

    • Our team will verify your request

    • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with pickup instructions

  3. Product Pickup

    • The product will be collected by Shoplix’s logistics partner

    • Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging

  4. Inspection & Processing

    • Once received, the product will be inspected

    • If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days
