4. Nature of Services

• Groceries and daily essentials

Orders are fulfilled directly to the user’s provided delivery address.

5. Account & Information Accuracy

• Users are responsible for maintaining correct personal and delivery details.

• Shoplix Mall shall not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

6. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Shoplix Mall reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order without prior notice due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Legal or regulatory restrictions

7. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are accepted 7 days a week.

• Orders placed before 11:00 PM are generally delivered the next day or as per selected delivery slot.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, or operational factors.

8. Minimum Order Value & Delivery Charges

• Minimum Order Value: ₹1000

• No delivery charge on orders of ₹1000 or above

• ₹50 delivery charge applicable for accepted orders below ₹1000 (special cases)

• ₹0 delivery charge for self-pickup from nearest office

9. Pricing Policy

• Product prices are updated daily.

• Prices displayed at the time of order placement are final and binding.

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

10. Invoice & Billing

• In case of billing or invoice errors, Shoplix Mall reserves the right to issue a corrected invoice.

• The user agrees to pay the revised amount without dispute.

11. Weight & Quantity Variation

• For fresh produce, a variation of up to ±5% may occur.

• Billing will be based on actual delivered quantity.

• Shoplix Mall ensures fair weighing practices.

12. Product Availability & Quality

• If any product is unavailable or does not meet quality standards, it may be excluded from delivery.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary.

13. Cancellations & Returns

• Cancellation requests must be made before order dispatch.

• Returns or replacements are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items

  • Quality-related issues

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

14. Communication Consent

By placing an order or contacting Shoplix Mall, the user consents to receive:

• WhatsApp messages

• Promotional and informational communication

Users may opt out of promotional messages by contacting customer support.

15. User Conduct

Users shall not:

• Misuse the platform

• Provide false information

• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, text, and images on Shoplix Mall are the property of Shoplix Mall or its licensors.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

17. Limitation of Liability

Shoplix Mall shall not be liable for:

• Seller-related issues beyond platform control

Maximum liability shall not exceed the order value.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Asansol, West Bengal.
