By registering or selling on Shoplix Mall, the Seller agrees to comply with this Seller Policy, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
Sellers must be legally eligible to sell goods in India.
Sellers must provide accurate business details, including:
Name / Business Name
Contact number
Address
GST details (if applicable)
Shoplix Mall reserves the right to approve, suspend, or reject any seller at its sole discretion.
Sellers must ensure that:
Products listed are legal, genuine, safe, and not prohibited under Indian law.
Product descriptions, prices, weights, expiry dates, and images are accurate and not misleading.
Medicines, food, and health-related products comply with FSSAI / Drug & Cosmetic Act and other applicable regulations.
Images used are either original or legally authorized.
Shoplix Mall reserves the right to remove or modify any product listing that violates policies.
Sellers are responsible for setting fair and correct pricing.
Prices provided to Shoplix Mall must be inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise agreed.
Any change in pricing must be communicated in advance.
Sellers are solely responsible for their tax compliance, including GST, if applicable.
Sellers must fulfill orders within the agreed timeline.
Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Fresh products must meet quality and hygiene standards.
Sellers must cooperate with Shoplix Mall logistics for smooth pickup and delivery.
Failure to fulfill orders may result in penalties, suspension, or delisting.
Sellers must adhere to Shoplix Mall’s minimum order value and delivery charge policy:
Minimum Order Value: ₹1000
No delivery charge on orders of ₹1000 or above
₹50 delivery charge applicable for accepted orders below ₹1000 (special cases)
Sellers are responsible for the quality, freshness, and authenticity of products.
In case of damaged, expired, incorrect, or substandard products:
Seller must accept returns or replacements as per Shoplix Mall return policy.
Any repeated quality issues may lead to seller suspension.
Sellers may deliver fresh fruits and vegetables with a permissible variation of ±5%.
Billing must be based on the actual delivered quantity.
Any intentional overcharging or manipulation is strictly prohibited.
If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, the Seller must:
Inform Shoplix Mall immediately
Allow invoice adjustment or cancellation
Frequent non-availability may impact seller ratings and continuation.
Sellers must:
Maintain professional conduct with customers and Shoplix Mall staff.
Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unfair trade practices.
Not contact customers directly for off-platform sales or promotions.
Violation may result in immediate termination.
Seller payments will be settled as per the agreed settlement cycle.
Shoplix Mall reserves the right to deduct:
Returns
Penalties
Customer refunds
Sellers must raise any settlement disputes within the specified time.
Seller must not misuse customer data shared for order fulfillment.
Customer data must not be stored, shared, or used for unauthorized marketing.
Breach of data confidentiality will attract strict action.
Shoplix Mall reserves the right to:
Modify, update, or amend this Seller Policy at any time.
Such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
Continued selling implies acceptance of updated policies.
Shoplix Mall may suspend or terminate a seller account without prior notice in case of:
Policy violations
Legal non-compliance
Fraudulent activities
Repeated customer complaints
This Seller Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
